Hi! I’m Sylas and I am a trauma informed space-holder, a knowledge and practice resource, and a compassionate tracker and mapper of unique human somatopsychospiritual systems.

Using tools from somatic embodiment and mindfulness coaching I specialize in helping people who are preparing for, navigating, and integrating expanded states of consciousness for optimal mental and spiritual health and well-being.

How humans change, transform, and heal has fascinated me since I was a kid. This interest led to a career in learning how to help facilitate healing through hands on manual therapy and traditional herbal knowledge. It became clear through my experiences in this type of healing that the mind and body are not split but interdependent. This led to a deep interest in western psychology and the meditative spiritual traditions from the East.

Early in my career I considered myself a healer: a person who heals another. I now understand that great healers are exceptional at creating the conditions for healing to take place through their knowledge tools and compassionate presence, but that healing happens in those they serve. They are the healers.

I serve clients through several decades of learning and experience in many modalities of somatic healing, movement disciplines, as well as decades of experience navigating diverse states of consciousness and transformational process. I live with the intention to bring the poetry of my unique being into service of the creation emerging in every moment within this ceremony of life.
